Most custom closet projects take 2–4 weeks from your first message to installation, and the install itself takes about one day. If you have a date in mind, such as holiday guests, a move-in or a listing photo shoot, book the design visit at least that far ahead.
What happens between your first message and install day
- First message. You call or text with your ZIP and what you want organized, and we set a time.
- Free design visit. About an hour at your home or by video. Here is what happens at the visit.
- 3D design and one firm price. You can change anything before you approve. The price is held for 30 days.
- Materials are made to your measurements. This is most of the wait.
- Install day. We protect your floors, remove the old shelving and install the new system.
Planning around a date
- Holidays and guests. Count back from the date you want it finished, and add a little room for scheduling.
- Building or buying a home. For new construction, the best time to measure is after drywall and before move-in, so the closets are ready before the boxes arrive.
- Selling a home. A finished primary closet photographs well for a listing. Book before the photographer, not after.
- Winter. The work is all indoors and usually done in a day, so a closet project fits between snowstorms.
About seasonal offers
When we run a promotion, it is posted on this site with a real end date and its terms right next to it, and it is not extended. We don’t mark prices up to take a percentage off. Our price ranges are posted all year.
Text (716) 555-0100 with the date and the room, and we’ll tell you honestly whether it fits the schedule.
