Before the visit
- We confirm your time by text and send a short prep checklist.
- Clear the floor and walls so every wall can be measured. You don’t need to empty the closet.
- Think about what goes in: long coats and dresses, how many pairs of shoes, and what you would rather fold than hang.
- Text a photo of the space ahead of time if you can, so we arrive with ideas.
During the visit
- We measure everything: every wall, slope, outlet, vent, light switch and door swing.
- We ask how you use the space: who shares it, what you reach for every day and what is seasonal.
- You see finish and hardware samples in your own light.
- We talk about budget and show a simpler option alongside the full design.
- Ask anything: price, timing, and how install day works.
After the visit
- A 3D design and one firm, all-in price that includes installation and removal of the old shelving, held for 30 days.
- Change anything before you approve.
- Everything in writing. Your contract lists the price, payment schedule, and start and completion dates, and you have three business days to cancel.
- Install day is usually about 2–4 weeks after you approve, and takes about one day.
